ice cream is a frozen dessert made from cream, combined with flavorings and sweeteners, is what makes ice cream taste so delicious. and usually eat ice cream for dessert.
there are positive and negative impact on ice cream :
positive impact :

the ice cream containing protein (casein) and carbohydrate (lactose) is good for health that is found in milk. 
the sweetener that makes ice cream was sweet and delicious, and the water that comes from milk solids or other materials.

negative impact :

the ice cream was cold so that it can cause sore throat, cough, runny nose, fever even if the ice cream eating to excess.


many children who love ice cream, and I loved it.

besides it tastes delicious, ice cream also has a shape and taste different, such as strawberry, chocolate, durian, banana, vanilla, etc.

ice cream can be rubbed on bread, mixed with a drink (millshake), inserted waffer, add cherries and much more.
